1/9/2024 0 Comments Fs sound radix 32 lives![]() I've never really looked into what the difference is, and I recollect some vague thing about allocated RAM, which I actually may have just made up, and its nothing to do with that at all, but 64 bit plugins are more bacwards compatible, so although they understand a 32 bit host, I think they're more inclined to use all the hosts resources and leave none for anyone else.to put it in more "human" terms. I've had FL hang because of a 32 bit plugin that got into some problems making sense of "future tech" It could maybe get a general grasp, but there will be new events that will make it crash 'n' burn. Plugins dont load right, lose their connections etc.so I'm entertaining the possibility of getting a better vst bridge, so that I can continue to use my old beloved 32 bit VSTs flawlessly, as if they were 64 bit. Maybe others have a different experience but i'm constantly having problems with Fls "ilbridge". Im using FL studio 12.2 ( I have both the 32 bit and 64 bit installed )
